Our guest speaker was City Manager David Birchim, who addressed the following topics and more: Flood Mitigation–Lake Maria Sanchez Project; Florida Dept of Transportation (FDOT) and CoSA projects, including the San Sebastian Bridge replacement, Bridge of Lions traffic circle and King Street redevelopment; Historic Architectural Review Board updated guidelines; Short Term Rentals; Homeless strategies; Development projects on San Sebastian River; Old Town Trolleys; Bike Share program demise

March 2021: Here is a link to watch our recent (March 18, 2021) Spring OCS Neighborhood Meeting and Question and Answer forum with Reuben Franklin, Director CoSA Public Works and Jessica Beach, CoSA Chief Resiliency Officer. The meeting and Q & A was held via Zoom. The subject of the Q & A forum was the CoSA Resiliency program and work to deal with storm water (nuisance) flooding in OCS and throughout the city. The OCS meeting begins at 11:29 in the recording and ends at 47:13. The Q & A with Reuben Franklin and Jessica Beach begins after 47:13. February, 2021: Here is a link to watch our recent (February 11, 2021) Question and Answer forum with David Birchim, Director of Planning and Building for the City of Saint Augustine. The Q & A was held via Zoom. The subject of the Q & A Forum was the Sebastian Inland Harbor PUD and the amendment to the PUD that will be up for approval before the City Commission sometime later this year or next year (2021 or 2022). The Q & A with David begins at 06:45 into the recording. You can scrub forward to that and skip the first few minutes of greetings to the various participants.
