This year, our Annual OCS Spring Neighborhood Meeting will be via Zoom. The meeting will feature Reuben Franklin, Director, CoSA Dept. of Public Works, and Jessica Beach, CoSA Senior Engineer in a question and answer forum concerning nuisance flooding in OCS and the city’s flood mitigation efforts. The Q & A forum with Reuben and Jessica will follow a brief OCS neighborhood business meeting in which we will review the past year and then set goals for the neighborhood association for the upcoming year.
