Planning and Zoning Board Meeting – July 6th

Check out the PZB agenda below. The one thing noticed that would directly affect OCS is : Rezoning  7a To rezone the property from Commercial Low-one (CL-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). This is the Corazon property returning to ask for a PUD instead of upcoming to CL2. It is my understanding they are asking to keep basically CL-1 zoning except to allow alcohol sales and to shift 50 seats to the coffeehouse/bakery, in order to have 150 in the restaurant.   Agenda PZB July 6. 2021
