What a great meeting last Wednesday evening! 42 neighbors joined OCSNA at the Corazon Cinema for a spirited question and answer forum with John Regan, City Manager, City of St. Augustine and Barry Fox, Chief of Police, Saint Augustine Police Dept. The agenda was completely driven by neighbors’ questions and the discussion ranged over a number of topics. Among the issues discussed were the spread of pan handling into the areas south of King street, nuisance and hurricane flooding in the neighborhood, parking and speeding issues, particularly on Cordova, Marine, South, Riberia and St. George Streets, the increased frequency and noise of various tours into the neighborhood, and an update on the city’s mobility study. Thanks to all who attended, and special thanks to Karla Wagner, owner of the Corazon, for hosting us, and to John Regan and Barry Fox for taking time out of their busy schedules to meet with us.
